We at VENDERBY's understand that sometimes returns are necessary. In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds for items that require their original packaging:
1. Items must be returned in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. This includes any plastic bags, boxes, or other packaging materials that were included with the item when it was shipped.
2. If the original packaging is damaged, customers must take appropriate measures to ensure that the item is protected during shipping. This may include wrapping the item in bubble wrap or other protective materials.
3. If the original packaging is missing or damaged beyond repair, customers may not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances in which the original packaging cannot be returned. 4. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items, unless the item was damaged or defective when it was received.
We believe that this policy is in the best interest of both our customers and our company. By requiring items to be returned in their original packaging, we can ensure that returned items are in good condition and can be resold or recycled. WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE IF: THE ITEM(S) ARE NOT PROPERLY PACKAGED. THE ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO PERFUME, MAKEUP, OR SMOKE ODOR. TAGS OR LABELS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR DAMAGED.
