RIGHTS OF COMPLAINT

There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right to make a complaint applies to all defects in material and workmanship.

Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to Venderby's within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Venderby's covers the return costs and sends you a return label as soon as you contact us.

Complaints are not received if these have been sent on COD, it is therefore important that you contact us if you think it is a complaint, so we can send a return label.
